13 NORTHERN NEWS, SEPTEMBER 26, 2012 SPORT Kia Ora KAIKOHE A showcase of business in the Kaikohe District We are Basil and Christine Stewart and we own Ohaeawai Butchery. We have owned Ohaeawai Butchery for just over two years and we are enjoying it a lot. Ohaeawai Butchery is a typical kiwi country butcher shop. The shop has been in Ohaeawai for many years, it was previously owned by Wyn and Rosemary Penney. Since owning the shop we have included some different flavoured sausages, some of the flavours include Mushroom and Onion, Herb and Garlic and this week we have Roast Beef and Mustard flavoured sausages. All of our sausages are handmade with 100% kiwi meat. All our steaks are now aged on the bone for at least 10-14 days. We also do an arrangement of other meat packs from $30 up to $100 or with summer fast approaching we have all the BBQ meats available. We provide free delivery to Kaikohe twice a week (Tuesday and Friday afternoon) and once a fortnight on Fridays to Ngawha Springs. We can provide any cut of meat you would like. Our motto is "We will meat your needs" OHAEAWAI BUTCHERY Home of the Quality Meats Phone Basil or Christine on Ph: (09) 405 9838 | Fax: 405 9853 OHAEAWAI BUTCHERY 2010 4882635AA air conditioning, repairs, car alarms. From left back row: Coach Jim Brooks, Timo Obrez, Steven Cleasby, Captain Kieran Nagel, Chris West, Danny Spake, Aiden O'Connor, James Daley, Benji Vokes, Sean White. Front from left: Mark Roberts, Dwayne Beazley, Ryan Houlker, Damon Lucas, Sam Green, Rupert Mark, Jack Waller. Kamo Sports Park was the venue on Saturday for the NFF Federation Cup final. Kerikeri Bay Builders FC took on Tikipunga, deter- mined to avoid a repeat of their loss two years ago, but history has a way of repeat- ing itself in heartbreaking fashion. Both sides created early chances, with Tikipunga in front 1-0 at half time. Early in the second half, Kerikeri substitute Timo Obrez curled a superb shot into the top corner of the Tikipunga net, levelling the score. Neither team could break the deadlock and the game went to a penalty shoot-out. Tikipunga put away all five of their penalties, with Kerikeri missing one, which meant the Federations Cup again did not fall into Kerikeri hands. Final score 1 all, 5-4 penal- ties to Tikipunga. Carters Player of the Day: Chris West.
