Email: email@example.com 4756810AA One-stop computer shop for your technology needs Wired for business: Bay of Islands Computers owner Elodie Vujich with technician Mike Hendrikse. After their national com- puter system business changed direction, Elodie and John Vujcich saw a different opportunity and decided it was time to open up shop. That was back in November 1996 and thus Bay of Islands Com- puters, Kaikohe, was born. They've come a long way since then with a sister shop in Waipapa which opened in Novem- ber 2007 and was one of the first shops in the Waipapa Village Mall. Bay of Islands Com- puters provides all com- puter needs including sales of all computer- related equipment, ser- vice, network design, network infrastructure, support and repairs of computers. More recently wireless networks have become a specialty, with the busi- ness providing networks for schools, motels and other businesses and even linking areas within towns. Bay of Islands Com- puters are not just shop- based and their four technicians will travel to where they are needed. Recently we sorted out a computer and printer in a tar truck,'' says technician Mike Hendrikse, who has been with the business over two years. Mike's background has always been in infor- mation technology and telecommunications. John, an IT enterprise architect, is a Rawene man, and Elodie, a sci- ence graduate, was born near Christchurch. They moved north in 1983 after they married. With the children now grown-up they spend their spare time on their deer farm, walking or working with the church. Bay of Islands Com- puters are at Waipapa Village Mall, 12 Klinac Lane, Waipapa, and on Broadway in Kaikohe.
