Public Notices PUBLIC NOTICES BUILDING AND RESOURCE CONSENTS AND LIQUOR LICENSING Christmas -- New Year hours and services The Far North District Council's Environmental Management department located at the John Butler Centre will be closed from 12 noon Friday, 23 December 2011 until 8.00am Monday, 9 January 2012. Between the period of Wednesday, 4 to 6 January 2012 inclusive a limited service only will be offered. Limited services to be made available are building inspections, animal control and monitoring services. Full department services with the exception of liquor licensing will resume on Monday, 9 January 2012. Building and resource consent applications can be received by the council during this period of closing but full processing services will only resume on Monday, 9 January 2012.
