They have been working together for more than two years. The branch was nominated in the top nine but was pipped at the post by Kerikeri. Liz and Zara have some great crew behind them but are always looking to recruit reliable, keen people to assist with the forthcoming roading season and also to bolster the numbers already placed at the Juken New Zealand mill. If you are interested in joining the crew then give the office a call to discuss a possible job. See phone numbers below. Right people -- Job done: Adrian Green and Janet McLea of Kerikeri AWF Labour. The team at AWF Labour Kerikeri, formerly Allied Workforce, has beaten 30 other AWF business units to be named National Branch of the Year for 2010. The team at Kerikeri managed by Adrian Green and administered by Janet McLea is proud to be the recipient of this award. It's been an enormous year for the branch and I would like to thank our loyal clients and our hard-working reliable crew. It's all about having a great team working together to ensure we back up our motto: Right people -- job done,'' Adrian says. We have a wide range of skilled crew available to clients from fully qualified electricians, hammer hands, drivers, traffic controllers and labourers. They are available from four hours to four years. I would welcome any new clients to come and visit our office on the Waipapa Loop Rd or give us a call on (09) 401-6310. We have crew available from Paihia to the Hokianga and from Kawakawa to Kaeo, plus we also have our colleagues in the Kaitaia and Whangarei branches.'' Behind the scenes, Janet has been working hard to ensure they follow the strict AWF recruitment processes. We ensure our crew has a previous work history and we take up reference checks. All crew have been cleared through our Ministry of Jus- tice checks. They are subject to random and reasonable cause drug screening and the vast majority have been Site Safe trained.'' This year has started well for the branch but Adrian believes there is still room to grow. I would welcome any enquiries from other local businesses. I really enjoy meeting new managers and potential clients to explain exactly how AWF Labour can assist their business needs and help them to grow.'' The National Branch of the Year Award was measured on sales against budget, sales against previous year, bottom line against budget and against last year, audit com- pletion and other adminis- trative goals. Each AWF branch had the opportunity to vote for their winning branch from the top nine branches with Kerikeri coming out on top. AWF Kerikeri also came in the top three for their national health and safety award. Contact Kerikeri branch, Adrian or Janet, on (09) 401-6310 or 0800-522-687. Contact Kaitaia Branch: Elizabeth or Zara, on (09) 408-6043 or 0800-522-687.
